The Pro Turf Golf Practice Mat is designed exclusively for The Net Return Pro Series Golf Practice Net, and can be used both indoors or outside.
Unlike traditional golf range mats that are 4’ x 5’ (1.2m x 1.5m) or 5’ x 5’ (1.5m x 1.5m) etc. - our Pro Turf Golf Practice Mat is 6ft Wide x 10ft long (1.83m x 3.00m) providing continuous ball return. It's double the length of standard mats!
The Pro Turf Golf Mat has a 1.2kg Nylon face-weight with a 5mm foam backing, allowing it to be rolled up and stored like a carpet. It weighs approximately 23kg and is approximately ¾” (1.9cm) thick and ships with two Range mat rubber tees 2’1/4” (5.7cm) and one 1’3/4” (4.5cm) tee.
The Pro Turf Golf Mat also makes a great putting green, allowing for practice on a 10' (3 metres) long surface. Use with our Putting Cup and Flag accessory (which will reject a ball if hit to hard) and you now have the ultimate training center, allowing you to use all of your clubs.
In order to balance wear on your Pro Turf you can simply rotate it and many players also utilise inserts cut into the turf (Brushed Tee, Gel, Thick Tee, etc.) allowing you to modify the hitting surface while still retaining continuous ball return.
The Pro Turf Golf Practice Mat ships in a 12” (30.5cm) diameter roll x 72” (6 feet/183cm) length and is approximately 24kg in weight.

We purchased a kit including: V2 Net Return; Side Barriers, Mat, Skytrak, TGC2019. We were installed it in a spare room inside.
The quality of the kit was excellent and met or exceeded my expectations. The net assembly was made easy with the colour coded pipes that adjoined together easily.
The net and side barriers were designed to eliminate any small gaps that might allow a ball to escape. The mat also is very dense and provides protection for the golfer. I installed four 1m square x 1cm playground mats from Bunnings over my tiled floor for additional protection.
The Skytrak provides amazing technology to assess and improve your ball strike. After a few connection difficulties I was able to resolve the issue with help from a Zoom call from HT at Net Return. I connected the Skytrak to my 8 MB RAM and 64MHz PC and connected to a 65cm TV. It takes some perseverance to transfer your full golf swing from outside to inside into a net a few feet in front of you. My wife (a mid handicapper) struggles to get the distance she would expect from Skytrak. I had the same experience initially, however after getting used to swinging a club indoors - at a net straight in front of a window - I began to increase distance. Time delay between strike and animation was very good with my set up.
TGC2019. This system adds some fun to the experience of having Skytrak. For me it is more like using a fancy computer game rather than a skill improvement aid. We both find putting difficult. Some people will appreciate this option more than others. We experience quite a delay between strike and animation.
Service. The customer service provided by HT at The Net Return was happy and outstanding. They had trouble with being out of stock for some time but always kept me full informed answering every text and email promptly.
All in all: Very happy customers.
Playing golf from home for the price of a yearly course membership is a no brainer. Significantly reducing my handicap with each use.
We have tried various types and this one is so far the best for many reasons! Very sturdy, soft and it really feels like you strike a ball on a fair way with your sooth swing! It is truly great mat which will tell your shots are done properly or no. :)

Amazing service from HT and the Net Return team. Placing and receiving the order was seamless.
Erecting the net could not be easier - the poles are colour coded to make it fool proof and the total time to put it together was approx. 5 mins. The mat is definitely worth the money - most realistic mat I have used by a long way.
Extremely happy with my purchase and will be going back to HT when it's time for the launch monitor...
