By participating in The Net Return Australia’s Black November Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through thenetreturn.com.au during the promotional period. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
The Black November Sale runs for a limited time only, starting on 11 November 2025 at 5:00AM and ending on 31 November 2025 at 11:59PM (AEST). Orders placed outside this period will not qualify for the promotional pricing.
This promotion is open to all customers purchasing through thenetreturn.com.au and is valid for retail customers only. It does not apply to wholesale or trade accounts. All offers are subject to product availability, and stock is limited.
Discounts apply only to selected items marked as part of the Black November Sale. They cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, credit note, or loyalty discount. Prices shown during checkout already reflect the discounted amounts and include GST where applicable. We are unable to offer price adjustments on previous purchases made before the sale.
If a product is available for preorder or backorder, the discounted price will still apply as long as the order is placed within the Black November Sale period. Estimated arrival dates for preorder or backorder items will be listed on the product page, and while we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier or shipping factors beyond our control.
Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply unless otherwise stated. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout. Please note that The Net Return Australia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processes.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on Black November Sale purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, it remains covered under our standard warranty policy, and you may also have additional rights under Australian Consumer Law. In such cases, please contact us at contact@thenetreturn.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist with a replacement or warranty claim.
Once an order is confirmed during the Black November Sale, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to correct a shipping address error, please contact us immediately at contact@thenetreturn.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
The Net Return Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Black November Sale at any time without notice. We may also correct typographical or pricing errors if they occur and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to take advantage of the promotion or otherwise violate these Terms.
