PLEASE DO NOT return any items until you have an AUTHORISED RETURN CODE.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded using the original payment method you used to make the purchase. (For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 - 10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank statement).
If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund.
If the product has been used, you will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 12.5% or $300+GST whichever is the greater.
Return shipping costs is at the cost of purchaser. Goods will need to return to Sydney, Australia.
