PLEASE DO NOT return any items until you have an AUTHORISED RETURN CODE.In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of your purchase.The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The money will be refunded using the original payment method you used to make the purchase less the order shipping cost.
