Shipping policy

Our Shipping and Delivery process is done as soon as we can once funds are received. Delivery time will depend on address if rural or metropolitan location and which Australian state. Customers can expected delivery times range from 2-7 days via courier service from various logistic companies.

Whenever possible we will provide customer with tracking details to update with transit times so they can expect when to received their order.

By default orders will be authorised to be left unattended at the delivery address unless requested by customer and notify us for alternate arrangement.

Shipping Costs

Australian Orders of standard (non-bulky) items are charged at standard post $9.95 or the option or express services and carrier live rates when it’s available. 

Bulky Items are charged Australian shipping from $49 and above according to the weight and cubic size. 
Free Shipping is offered whenever promotional perioda are available.
