NOTE: This mat isn't designed to be stand on and hit off same time as it's not wide or long enough to do both options at the same time.

Erecting the net could not be easier - the poles are colour coded to make it fool proof and the total time to put it together was approx. 5 mins. The mat is definitely worth the money - most realistic mat I have used by a long way.
