If you reside in the UK/Europe, you may have been given a card with an activation code on it when you bought your SkyTrak membership or 3rd Party SIM subscription. If you're unsure of how to use this activation card, please follow the below steps to link it to your account and begin/continue to enjoy your SkyTrak Launch Monitor.

Steps to Activate your SkyTrak Membership using your Activation Card

1. Visit https://clubhouse.skytrakgolf.com/login and login to your account.
2. Once you're inside of your SkyTrak Clubhouse, select My Account on the left hand toolbar, then Subscription & Plans.
3. Choose Apply Prepaid Membership Card.
4. Input the 9 character code, including a hyphen after the 3rd and 6th character, into the space and select Submit Code when highlighted.
   • eg. XXX-XXX-XXX instead of XXXXXXXXX

You should receive a confirmation that the code was accepted. Select OK, and you should see your membership listed on your account!

Steps to Activate your 3rd Part Simulator using your Activation Card

1. Visit shop.skytrakgolf.com/login and login to your account.
2. On the next screen, select  to the upper right.
3. Once you're inside of your SkyTrak Clubhouse, select My Account on the left hand toolbar, then Subscription & Plans followed by Simulation Plan.
4. Choose Apply Prepaid Simulation Code.
5. Input the 9 character code, including a hyphen after the 3rd and 6th character, into the space and select Submit Code when highlighted.
   • eg. XXX-XXX-XXX instead of XXXXXXXXX
     
6. Once the code is accepted, you will receive an email with your SIM activation code and instructions on getting started with your SIM.
