If for some reason your item doesn't work as expected, simply contact us and we'll either repair your item under warranty or we may be able to offer a refund/exchange.

Amazing service from HT and the Net Return team. Placing and receiving the order was seamless.
Erecting the net could not be easier - the poles are colour coded to make it fool proof and the total time to put it together was approx. 5 mins. The mat is definitely worth the money - most realistic mat I have used by a long way.
Extremely happy with my purchase and will be going back to HT when it's time for the launch monitor...
